Once contacted by a potential client we will gather the basic information. What type of event are you wanting to host? Where will the event take place – venue and geographic location? What type of entertainment are you looking for? Once these basics are established we can begin developing timelines and price quotes. Upon agreement we will present the client with a contract, receive a deposit, and the real work will begin.
We maintain a high level of transparency. Compensation will be based on the contracted elements, and any additional charges will be presented to the client for approval before incurring any costs and will be shown as separate line-items with vendor invoices submitted for reimbursement.
SRO can provide a completely turn-key solution for your event. Our full range of services includes the list on the previous page and many more. We encourage our clients to play as active a role in the creation, development, and production of their event as they want to be. If you choose a more hands-off approach we will establish a schedule for regular updates so that you always know the status of your event.
